Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $X.XX for all orders under $50.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $55 qualify for free shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package anytime on our Track My Treats page.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our customer service team at barknpurrcustomer@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or replacement, please contact us for an exchange option.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
