Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package anytime on our Track My Treats page.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our customer service team at barknpurrcustomer@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
